On-Line Shipping Schedule by Federal Express Smart Post (Ground) (2-3#+ packages) or Priority Mail (all 1# and some2-3# packages) at our discretion.  Federal Express Smart Post (ground) delivers in approximately 7 to 14 days, non guaranteed. Priority mail delivers to most USA addresses in 2-3 days, non guaranteed.

Below is the Federal Express Ground Service chart which is valid for most Commercial deliveries and Larger Residential deliveries. Most residential deliveries will ship Fedex SmartPost which is a non- guaranteed service and will take an average of 2-8 days longer than outline in the chart.

PO or APO box addresses should contact our office by email to confirm the Shipping/Handling amount and if the package will be over 1-2 pounds.  We can now ship larger shipments via Federal Express Smart Post to  PO/APO/FPO boxes as long as that is your credit cards confirmed address. You must still contact the office in advance of ordering to confirm service to PO/APO/FPO boxes if over 1 pound.

All off-shore USA territories (Hawaii, Puerto Rico, USVI, Guam, Alaska) must email the office to confirm their shipping/handling quotations and total by email. A request will be sent through for payment to your email.

The United States post office now charges dimensional weight for medium and large boxes. If you have a PO box (or APO or FPO box) as your confirmed billing address, then it is best to email us an outline of your order and your city/state/zip code for an exact quote.

We now have NO MINIMUM ORDER, just a minimum s&h.

Due to substantial increases in operating costs, fuel, shipping rates & materials, we now have a $3.95 handling surcharge added to each order.

2011 Both Federal Express and UPS have announced substantial increases in their Rates. Please call and complain directly to them.

Note both UPS and Federal Express have already announced MORE RATE INCREASES FOR 2011.  Why, because they can!! Please start complaining to UPS and Federal Express about their constant rate increases.

Priority Mail Estimate Time in Transit:

Priority mail is not a guaranteed service. Per the US Postal Guidelines, Priority mail should deliver in 2-3 days. For larger packages to PO/APO/FPO addresses, we can ship you by Federal Express Smart Post which delivers in approximately 4 to 8 days, non guaranteed.

Same day shipments need to be confirmed in advance and must be received by 10am to the office.

If your confirmed billing address is either a Post Office Box or APO Box and the box weighs more than 1 pound, then you will ship Federal Express Smart Post which delivers in 4 to 14 days, non guaranteed.

Our basic shipping and handling outline will ship as follows:

Most 1 pound boxes will ship Priority mail. Priority mail delivers in 2 to 3 days to all parts of our USA, non-guaranteed. Some 2 pounds boxes will also ship priority mail.

We do NOT offer collect or 3rd party billing shipping services.

We can only ship to the name and address of the Credit Card Holder with address confirmation.  This is a requirement of Master Card & Visa & Pay Pal.

All deliveries require a Signature as required by Master Card & Visa. If you make payment through Pay Pal, signature is only required over $200.00 in merchandise.

Please file all complaints for these 2 Requirements directly with Master Card or Visa or Pay Pal as these are their requirements.

UPS & Federal Express now charge for refused or undelivered return service. You are now responsible for these return charges processed as UPS or Federal Express Back Charges. You are also responsible for 20% restocking fees or a minimum restocking charge as outline in our terms/conditions.

No shipping service is responsible for certain delays (for instance....Mother Nature Delays, acts of War or Terrorism, etc...).

When using our Manual Order Form, we automatically adjust your order and charge correctly if incorrectly added/calculated or if you used the wrong price tier or if shipping/handling and  surcharges have been omitted or incorrectly calculated.

We must charge extra if you order long items like theatrical canes or weapons and tall items like top hats. If a shipment requires 2 boxes we will contact you to redo your payment if you have ordered online.


Ups and Federal Express now have Fuel Surcharges and "extended area surcharges" for both commercial and residential addresses which are $5.00 to $6.00 per box We reserve the right to adjust for this. (This is for manual order forms faxed in)

You must contact the office if you must have a firm total to process. There is no way to know this till your information is given to the FedEx computer.

Our Company is not responsible for losses as a result of delays while in transit. We require a minimum of 60 days to issue credits which allow for time for tracers and time for insurance claims to be processed and refunded to us on your behalf.

Please Contact Federal Express or US Postal Service should you have any questions as to their tracer/claims/insurance refund policies.

Residential Deliveries via Federal Express now have substantial increases in rates and some extended area delivery surcharges as well as fuel surcharges.  

We reserve the right to ship the most economical way.  If you need a specific type of shipment and have a short event date, always contact the office first to confirm stock and standard shipping details to see if you need to upgrade.

You can NOT order online if you need EXPORT Service

We can only ship to the name and address of the Credit Card Holder's Billing Address with Billing Address Confirmation.  This is a requirement of Master Card & Visa & Pay Pal.

All Orders paid by Pay Pal over $200.00 require a Signature as required by Pay Pal's Merchant Guarantee Service.

For orders Faxed in on our Manual Form and paid for with MC or VISA processed at our office are subject to the terms/conditions as outlined on our Manual Site Shipping Info Page

Refusals or Undeliverable Packages: FedEx now charges for refused or undelivered return service. You are now responsible for these return charges processed as FedEx Back Charges. You are also responsible for  restocking fees as outlined in our Terms/Conditions Page.

Money Orders or Bank Cashier Checks: All persons paying with a money order or Cashiers Bank checks must contact the office to verify STOCK before placing the order. A copy of the order form must be mailed with the Money Orders.

Should you order 2 different items like Fairy or Angel Wings (large flat box) and Top Hats or other item which is tall (tall square/rectangular box) making a smaller order require more than 1 box, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT to advise you by email that additional boxes are required therefore additional shipping/handling must be charge. We will refund your payment and then send thru a request for the new amount as outlined in your email.
