If you are placing an order to ship within Florida that is exempt from Florida sales tax, YOU MUST use the "In State-Tax Exempt" category when you fill in your county. You must then fax to our office a copy of your tax exempt certificate. Florida Tax Exemptions can be faxed 24/7 to 863-655-4350. If you are placing an order to be shipped outside of the United States for Export, YOU MUST email us first at Export_Sales@UnitedMaskAndParty.com.
Orders for shipment to the USA off-shore states (HI/PR/Guam/AK) need to email the office so we can calculate your shipping as our standard shipping schedule doesn't cover off-shore States.
Orders that are to be shipped outside of the Continental United States CANNOT BE PLACED USING OUR ONLINE SHOPPING CART.
